Section 4: Injunctions

8. Morgan Stanley and its agents are enjoined during the terms of this Consent Decree from violating Title VII by discriminating against Covered Employees in promotion and compensation on the basis of their sex.

9. Morgan Stanley and its agents are enjoined from violating Title VII by retaliating against women employees for asserting any rights under Title VII or participating in this case as claimants, witness or in any other way.
